OUR PROCESS

CONSTRUCTION PLANS & PERMIT EXPEDITING
We provide construction plan design services and work together with our clients in order to bring their ideas to a working design. We take care of all of the paperwork and work together with the plans examiners in order to expedite the permit process.

BUILDING THE BUDGET
With a final set of drawings in hand we take on the arduous task of putting together a high resolution, itemized budget for the project. It is extremely important to us to maintain transparency and make the entire budget known to our cost plus clients.

SELECTIONS PROCESS
We glean an organize, detailed list of required selections for our clients and walk them through the selection process while helping them stay on schedule and within budget.
CONSTRUCTION
We understand the excitement that accompanies breaking ground for our clients and aim to make this stage as stress free as possible. By maintaining constant communication and giving weekly updates, our clients can track the progress of the project and look forward to upcoming scheduled events.
